More photographs will be added in the coming days, yet you can already enjoy some sweet memories as of now.

Monthly meeting August 2021 – Live

Monthly meeting August 2021 – Live

Our next meeting is scheduled for Sunday, 8 August at SAC (usual venue).

Albert Van den Bruele will take us on a journey to Brittany and Normandy, two beautiful regions that are often nicknamed “Europe’s shelling paradise”. Well worth the trip to Antwerp, in our humble opinion!

Sunday will also be the last time that George and Els offer the remaining books of the Keukelaar family for sale at a monthly meeting. All books will be available at half price.

Please keep an eye out for your mailboxes. We’ll be sending out some (corona-)information regarding the shell show soon.

Can we meanwhile ask you to spread the attached flyer as much as you can via your personal contacts or social media?

See you on Sunday!

Monthly meeting July 2021

Monthly meeting July 2021 – Don’t forget your laptop-tablet-smartphone!

Dear members,

This Sunday we’ll meet again at the SAC for our monthly meeting. Seen as the large number of participants last time, we have the promise from the venue that we can use the entire large hall.

On Sunday, we’ll have a brief look at the use of the member zone of our website. Chris Vos will illustrate how to log on, and what can be found in the “member zone”. You can immediately try that yourself if you bring your own laptop, tablet or smartphone.

If it doesn’t work for you straight away, we’ll foresee support to check or provide the correct login data.

See you on Sunday!

Thank you !

Thank you !

Big “Thank you” to Freddy van Nieulande and Albert Van den Bruele for a nice series of photographs of our first “live” meeting in 2021 !

Youcan find this series back in the member zone of our website, in the folder “Fotos en Filmpjes Maandvergaderingen” and next in “Maandvergadering 2021 06 13”.

On to the next one !

Recording Monthly Meeting 9 may 2021 available

As announced this morning; and with the consent of all those present (to cover the legal GDPR issue), we did a test to record the presentation, and make it available for all members.

The good news is: there is no bad news as the test was successful, and the recording can now be consulted through application of the following few steps:

1: Log in to our website
2: Go to “Documenten” in the main menu
3: Then go to the upper list of folders, and click on “Opnames Digitale Maandvergaderingen”
4: Click on the file name (mp4)
5: Enjoy once again 🙂

Hopefully we’ll be able to meet again soon at the SAC, yet this new medium is a nice additional way to enjoy our hobby together from a distance !

Monthly meeting 09 May 2021

Monthly meeting 09 May 2021

The Corona Gods are still mad at us so we will have to meet online again this month.

On Sunday, Kevin Monsecour will take us along to one of those families with which it all started for him, and which has been through some changes recently: the family Angariidae.

The link to the meeting can be found in the member email as usual. Not a member and still interested? No problem: just ask for the link via messenger or email.

Everyone is welcome as of 9.30 a. m. and as always we’ll start at 10 a. m. sharp !

See you on Sunday !
